  My son used to hate going to the dentist until Lori Morrison suggested I switch him to Raynor, following a visit from Dr. Jay to Keene Montessori School. Two years later, he still looks forward to his appointments with Dr. Jay and the staff at Raynor. Seeing my 6 year old happy, not fearful about going to the dentist made me realize it was time for me to make the switch, as well.
  
  Today was my first appointment with Raynor Dental. The entire staff was friendly and it was easy to see they all genuinely enjoy working together. Today also marks the first dental visit in a decade where I have been able to walk out of a dental office (X-rays, gum probe and cleaning) pain-free.
  
  My hygienist, Catherine, was warm and friendly. She was sensitive to my fears from multiple negative experiences over the years. Dr. Dan was also warm and compassionate. I didn't feel as if he was in a rush to get to his next patient and simply asking if I had any questions or concerns out of obligation. While I received suggestions on what I might do differently to improve my dental health, there was no condescension or censure for what my dental routine has been up to this point. This visit was in complete opposition to what I have experienced as a patient with another local dental office.
  
  At the end of my visit, Catherine asked me how I was feeling and I almost burst into tears because this visit was the first I've had in a very long time where I didn't end up with bloody gums and heat/cold sensitivity. Because I was a little teary, Catherine hugged me before walking me to the front desk. I walked out of your office today feeling valued as a person.
  
  Better yet, I was able to eat lunch right after my appointment! In the past, I've had to go almost an entire day without eating because it was too painful after a cleaning.
  
  I cannot tell you how happy I am about having made the switch to Raynor Dental! You are the BEST!!!
